Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of juncturelab.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Taylor Technologies, LLC (“Juncture Lab,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Juncture Lab is an educational platform. You trade through real historical market periods with the dates, news, and macro context hidden, and you build a verifiable record of your decisions and performance. It is a training and assessment environment, not a brokerage.

Not investment advice; simulated trading

The Service is for education and skill assessment only. All trading on the Service is simulated: no real securities are bought or sold, and no real money is invested through the Service. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Historical results and simulated performance do not guarantee or predict future results in real markets. You are solely responsible for any real-world investment decisions you make.

Eligibility and accounts

• ·You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and involvement of a parent, guardian, or educational institution.
• ·You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• ·You may not share an account or use another person’s account without permission.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• ·Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• ·Paid plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically.
• ·You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• ·Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
• ·Club and university plans may be offered on separate license or invoice terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• ·Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or game your track record or another user’s, or circumvent usage limits.
• ·Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• ·Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Your content and track records

You retain ownership of the content you create, including your written theses and profile information. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including displaying the parts of your track record you choose to make public. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you provide. Performance metrics are computed by us from your recorded activity.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Taylor Technologies, LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylor Technologies, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylor Technologies, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Taylor Technologies, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
